Rajmahal Sadi Threads Rajmahal Sadi threads are coiled, spiralled wire with a hollow central tube, available in smooth, check, and pearl, in gold and silver. The thread is traditionally couched, but may be cut into small lengths and threaded onto a needle, like a bead. These threads are used in metal thread work, stumpwork, and embroidery.
